The service was very efficient and friendly. The parcel did arrive at 9am the day after it was due for delivery, which was a little annoying, but I have used them many times before and that was the first time it has happened. It was just after Black Friday, so I suspect the issue was that the delivery company (Parcel Force) were extremely busy.
