I was pleased with the response when I telephoned having trawled through the entire picture show which was very interesting . My pleasure in first talking to the lady who answered my call to be told that there was one excellent quality soup cup available with another nearly as goo and yet a third which was not in the same League. The case arrived and there were two very good quality pieces To join my little used service. It was confirmed that the delivery had arrived in very good order and I went on to request a search for a Royal Worcester cup in the Bacchanal service there was nothing "In House" but a lookout would be kept.
