Royal Worcester classic white saucer 6"

Service was efficient and prompt, the only thing is that we found a message on our answering machine today saying that thanks to the Bank Holiday they wouldn't be able to send the replacement saucer in time for delivery. We were very surprised as the item arrived 10 days ago and we have been happily using it since. Thank you!
