Brilliant service - was impressed by how quickly promised delivery, but surpassed that and my china arrived even earlier! Really well packed for transit - and I was especially pleased with the nice touch of really pretty tissue paper round the actual china inside the protective packing. Going back to ordering, the website is really easy to negotiate and made finding what I was looking for so simple. One of the plates was from my wedding china - 44 years ago! I really never thought I would be able to replace it now. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for long lost replacements. Everything in tip top condition - even though one of them described as only being "good".

Absolutely excellent, as with the plate, part of a dinner set left to me and the coffee "can" as you describe it, was missing. It's nice to think that it is complete now and can't tell the difference between it and the ones I already had - and I don't think they had ever been used!
