I love the fact even the team are still on the alert for a requested item, even if the request was made months ago. This is a really big plus on their behalf. I had been looking for specific bowls for years. I expect they have commputer alerts to remind them, but even so, I am really grateful for their attention to their customers.Thank you Team :)

My bowls arrived in enough paperwork to light our fires for a few weeks. Excellent packaging and the bowls themselves were in excellent condition.

Again, the bowls were safely packaged and in perfect condition. I did, however,feel that when a person buys multiple items, there could be a small discount. It would help.
