I received excellent service from ChinaSearch, which was reassuring when I was calling from so far away (America). My china arrived in just two days, which was much faster than I had anticipated.

I love the pattern; unfortunately, the teapot I ordered was not the size I expected it to be. Advertised as 1 3/4 pints, it didn't hold even 1 1/2 pints, but that's not the fault of ChinaSearch.
