Our main focus is to try and offer you a continued great service whilst looking after the safety and wellbeing of our staff and partners. We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.

Our Shop and Showroom reopened in August with new opening hours and card payment only. Appropriate social distancing and hygiene measures are in place and we ask all customers to follow the current government guidance including the wearing of face coverings.

Deliveries in the UK - Deliveries may take longer than normal.
Royal Mail and Parcel Force are continuing to deliver parcels while following Public Health England guidance to keep their staff and you safe. This daily challenge may result in some deliveries taking longer than normal. All drivers have instructed drivers to place parcels on the ground and step away from the door, whilst waiting for the recipient.
On orders over £35 which are delivered by Parcel Force, if you provide a mobile number you will receive an SMS text with the option to leave the parcel in a safe place. If a signature is required drivers will not be handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures, instead drivers will log the name of the person accepting the item.
International Deliveries - Deliveries may take longer than normal.
Due to global restrictions on movement, shipping may take a few days longer than normal. We remain dedicated to ensuring your order is with you as quickly as possible and thank you for bearing with us during this period.
