COVID-19 Update - 19 May 2020

We have kept our shop open as long as possible though due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re very sad to have to let you know we’ll be temporarily closing our shop from the end of the day on Monday 23 March.

Following Government Advice to stop all non-essential travel we have temporarily stopped customer collections. If you are selling china to us, you are temporarily not able to deliver it to our warehouse yourself. Please call us on 01926 512402 if you need any assistance with your order or sell-to-us request.

Government Guidance is that 'online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal'

Deliveries in the UK - Deliveries may take longer than normal.

Royal Mail and Parcel Force are continuing to deliver parcels while following Public Health England guidance to keep their staff and you safe. This daily challenge may result in some deliveries taking longer than normal.

All UK deliveries, Royal Mail and Parcel Force have instructed drivers to place the parcel on the ground and step away from the door, whilst waiting for the recipient to open the door.

On orders over £35 which are delivered by Parcel Force, if you provide a mobile number you will receive an SMS text with the option to leave the parcel in a safe place

If a signature is required drivers will not be handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures, instead drivers will log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to all deliveries that normally require a signature.

International Deliveries - Deliveries may take longer than normal.

All Courier Companies are looking to reduce the risk of contracting COVID19 for both drivers and customers and are constantly reviewing means of reducing the potential spread of COVID19.

When possible, deliveries will be made outside, with the driver placing the packages on the ground and stepping back when the customer collects them

POD – Where a parcel is required to be signed for this may in the first instance be requested in accordance with the normal operational process. However, if you refuse you will be able to sign for receipt with their own pen on the delivery run sheet/signature record sheet on a handwritten note with the following content ‘I ACKNOWLEDGE DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT(S) NR [         ] on [DATE & TIME] [NAME] and [SIGNATURE]
