It comes with four sets of removable discs that raise the rolling surface by different amounts, to create exactly the required pastry thickness – either 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm or 10 mm. This ingenious device also ensures that pastry or dough is rolled to an even thickness throughout and to the exact size required, via measurements on the surface of the rolling pin.</br> <br>Handwash only.</br>

Twin brothers Antony and Richard Joseph grew up in a family manufacturing business and were always fascinated by design, engineering and invention. What started out as designing and building products at home from a young age, they continued through their university years and early careers as product designers. It wasn’t until 2003 that they decided to join forces.
Their first piece for the brand Joseph Joseph was a simple glass chopping board but the functional, hygienic nature of this shifted the brothers focus onto designing everyday products with a core problem-solving approach. They looked at other areas of the kitchen and decided to transform not only household essentials but to create innovative ideas for waste management and cleaning tools too.
