Denby Manor Green is perhaps one of the oldest ranges that is instantly recognisable as a classic Denby design. First issued in 1938, from a design by Donald Gilbert, the pieces were finished in a rich sage green glaze, with a cream interior on the cups, bowls and serving ranges.
Production was halted during the Second World War and wasn't reproduced until 1953 due to the limitations on colour for potteries. Production continued until the 1970s, which means there’s some an incredible selection of pieces to explore.
