- About Gypsy
Denby Gypsy was first manufactured in 1971 and discontinued in 1984. The pale stone showcases the true beauty and intricacy of the wild pink rose design. Gypsy was part of a wider collection of patterns all on the same shape but in different colourways, including the green of Troubadour and the yellow of Minstrel.
Gypsy was handcrafted over many years at Denby, and so there are often variations in the depth and intensity of the colours and the shape of the flowers. These variations would have been there from the day they were made and are part of the story of the design and the Denby brand. If you are looking to match the colours very closely to your existing set, then please give us a call.
