Wedgwood Anthemion Blue

Wedgwood Anthemion Blue

Produced under the Wedgwood and Bentley mark during the 2010s, referencing Thomas Bentley (1731–1780) was an English manufacturer of pottery, known for his partnership with Josiah Wedgwood.

Anthemion Blue is now part of the Wedwood Prestige collection. The cobalt blue of Grecian skies, the shining gold of the Athenian sun, welcome to a collection born in the shadow of the Acropolis. Inspired by 18th century patterns from our archives, Anthemion Blue celebrates iconic Wedgwood motifs with neo-classical shapes and designs. Featuring colonnade and palmette forms found in ancient Greek architecture, this collection is truly fit for a whole pantheon of gods. Dine like an Olympian from gilded fine bone china plates – dreamed up on the shores of the Aegean Sea, expertly crafted in England.
