“Prompt courteous service. Two large orders in the past year, the second because Chinasearch actually kept an eye out for the pieces not available when I placed the first order. I never expected to hear back, but when they say they’ll watch for additional items not in stock, they actually do it! We were thrilled! Orders were filled promptly and properly packed for overseas shipment – not the slightest damage to any piece. A very well-run operation, highly recommended.”

"I was pleasantly surprised when I had received the alert that the plate I was looking for was available for purchase - I had put in the request over a year ago and hadn't expected to hear again. When the notice came through and the personal call trying to help me secure it as quickly as possible I was surprised and thrilled, seeing as I still hadn't found it. "I didn't really expect china search to work. I registered and forgot about it, but after about 18 months I guess they did get exactly the plates I was looking for and in good condition. Also once I agreed to pay for them they came very quickly and they were packed so thoroughly - nothing could have damaged them. Very pleased and would recommend."

Simply find the item you need on our website, select how many you would like and click the green ‘Search for Me’ button. We can sometimes locate a piece within a couple of days or weeks, or it can take up to a few years.
There’s no obligation, so when we do find the item and call our customer to let them know, it’s absolutely fine if they no longer need it… although it’s rare that our calls aren’t met with excitement, delight and a keenness to receive the piece as soon as possible! It’s a part of our job that we truly love.
