For its creation of Collection One, Burleigh has taken a novel approach… for it is, in fact, three patterns in one collection, all proudly displaying Burleigh’s timeless tissue transfer decorating method.

Meet Palisade, Hibiscus and Pollen – in a striking Ink Blue colourway and with individual stories to tell under an overall floral life cycle theme.

Burleigh Collection One

Palisade
represents the beauty and symmetry of microscopic plant cell structures. Adapted from a Victorian Burleigh pattern, its fine details now take on a more contemporary shape.

With Hibiscus you can instantly see the great floral tradition of Burleigh on show. Its bold all-over cover of double hibiscus flowers and foliage is a modern classic – popular since the beginning of the century.

Pollen
not only introduces Burleigh’s first new design in a generation but also brings asymmetry to Collection One. The layout of each geometric honeycomb detailing differs on each item, with its exact position left in the hands of the skilled tissue transfer decorators. The same can be said for the industrious bee who’s never to be found in exactly the same spot.

Burleigh Pollen

This is an intriguing new collection bringing together three wonderfully distinct designs from Burleigh that are just waiting to be enjoyed as individual patterns or combined as an overall collection.
