Pattern Description
Chinese Garden pattern #7864 is enamelled in a light and dark green and yellow with oriental inspired flowers displayed in the centre of the design and amongst the two green borders. Adams & Sons was purchased by Wedgwood on 1st January 1966 and they continued to produce current and new Calyx Ware patterns. New c.1971 was ‘Chinese Garden’ however the entire Calyx Ware ranges suffered from Britain’s cleaner air requirement and Chinese Garden ceased to be produced at the end of 1979.
